Unfortunately, the room was horrendous—holes in the walls, absent comforters, and a disturbing odor in a supposed non-smoking space!

Rooms desperately need maintenance!!! Torn wallpaper, stuck furniture, and filthy restrooms do not create a pleasant atmosphere!!! Adjust rates to reflect cleanliness and upkeep, as it's disappointing for the price paid!!!

The staff were very nice, really went the extra mile to find us rooms when we thought we'd be sleeping in the car. One housekeeper even gave us extra towels without us asking, felt like we were being treated like family!
